Information you give us: your name, work email, phone number, organization and website when you fill in the estimate form, along with your answers to its questions. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The estimate form keeps your progress in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose your answers on reload, and remembers a referral code in local storage if you arrived through a referral link. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

To reply to you, prepare the estimate you asked for, follow up on referrals, schedule calls, and operate and protect the site. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Only the service providers that help us run Sentriq, such as website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and call scheduling (Cal.com). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

For as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Ask us and we’ll delete your information sooner.

Depending on where you live, including California and the EU, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for asking.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
